Reginald Earnest Alexander Reginald Earnest Alexander, 93, died on May 13, 2018. He was born in Rutland on April 19, 1925, to his wonderful parents, Ralph Alexander and Florence Perkins Alexander. Mr. Alexander was a carpenter and home-builder who was successful enough to keep a home, and to be able to feed his family during the depression.
