Noella F. Rondeau Noella F. Rondeau, 96, of Michaud Manor, Derby Line, died on August 2, 2018, in Newport. She was born on December 26, 1921, in Newport Center, to Joseph and Evelina (LeBlanc) Rondeau. Ms. Rondeau was employed in food service at the University of Massachusetts for 27 years.
