Fernand J. Tanguay Fernand J. Tanguay, 84, of Newport, and formally of Orleans, died on Saturday, February 8, 2020 in Newport. He was born on October 28, 1935, in Newport Center to the late Emilien and Maria (Dumont) Tanguay.
