Betty Waters Betty Waters, 97, of Newport Center died on May 21, 2021. She was born March 7, 1924, in Lynbrook, Long Island, New York, to the late Herbert Greenwood and Ethel Germaine Camp. Betty graduated from the Berkley School of Business in New York City during World War II.
